Team Leaders
For bookkeepers who are done just doing the work and ready to shape how a team does it.
You'll oversee the workload and quality of a small team, mentor bookkeepers coming up, and stay hands-on with a client portfolio of your own. Same standards, bigger picture.
Many of our Bookkeepers grow into Team Leaders over time.

Who We’re Looking For
Everyone:
✓ Strong Xero fundamentals — you know your way around a reconciliation without a manual
✓ Fastidious and enthusiastic — the perfect, slightly ridiculous, combination
✓ A genuine home office and the discipline to work remotely, properly
✓ Cert IV or BAS Agent registration (desirable, not essential)
Team Leaders, also:
✓ Proven experience leading or mentoring a bookkeeping team
✓ Comfortable giving feedback, not just taking instructions
✓ Able to balance your own clients with backing up your team's
